Blended learning

Our apprenticeship programmes are a real-life alternative to traditional further and higher education, allowing them to get on-the-job training, while paving the way for self-development and getting their foot on the career ladder. They will gain technical, specialist skills and knowledge they wouldn’t otherwise, and get to put them into practice in the real world. All while being supported and mentored by experienced coaches to build their confidence in the workplace.

These programmes are delivered through a blend of workshops and online learning.

Workshops with action set learning, pre and post work, peer to peer learning and community forums
1-2-1 coaching sessions
Interactive online learning with a range of methodologies, including videos, podcasts, research, and reading
Work-based activities contextualised to the employer

Eligibility

To be eligible for the apprenticeship the apprentices must have:

Valid ID and NI number
Be resident in the UK or EEA country for the last 3 years
Not hold another qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level

English and maths

As a training provider we will support all apprentices to develop vital English and maths skills to be used in the workplace. It is a requirement of the apprenticeship that a level 2 English and maths qualification be achieved before Gateway.
