Personal and career development support
Throughout the apprenticeship the apprentice will have access to training which will develop their personal skills, such as presentation skills, communication skills and assertiveness. Capita will also provide advice and guidance for them to move forward in their career, with specialist CV and interview skills development. The apprentice will be working 80% and studying 20% of their time and will also be given specific time to professionally develop, attending classroom-based sessions. They will have support from a buddy, mentor, and apprentice coach, as well as their line manager and the team around them.
