We partnered with Europe’s largest independent polling company, Norstat, to survey 1,500 employees at UK businesses, gathering their insight on current and future requirements for learning and development. Armed with this data, we separately polled 1,000 HR decision makers at UK organisations to understand the gap between expectation and reality. Using the information gathered, alongside publicly available government and industry data, it is possible to predict the broader impact on the UK economy.
