Exploring Databases in J2E - This workshop will look at collaborative databases in J2Data particularly useful for teachers delivering the Year 3 and 4 Handling data units from the Entrust computing scheme of work. Included in the session will also be a focus on branching databases using JiT for Year 2 and 3 Handling data units from the Entrust computing scheme of work. The skills demonstrated will also be valuable to any teacher who wishes to embed the use of databases across their curriculum

12th and 15th July 13:00-15:00 This course will help DSLs keep abreast of their responsibilities for safeguarding pupils online. Learn how to identify vulnerable pupils and how the online world presents vulnerabilities for pupils. Also, covering the risks SEN and SEND pupils can face online from bullying, radicalisation, and grooming. Come along and gain the confidence to support SEND pupils. The course will explore guidance, responsibilities, best practices, and strategies to manage online safety within schools to meet the latest “Keeping Children Safe in Education” guidance.
