The introduction of flexible working practices in schools is this year’s hot topic in education. But, did you know that DfE-funded advice and support to help you make the change to a more flexible working environment is available from Capita/Entrust?
Delivered alongside our partner, Flexible Teacher Talent, and in partnership with Flexible Working Ambassador Multi-Academy Trusts and Schools (FWAMS), the programme will support school leaders to design flexible roles, adopt a proactive approach and navigate the challenges flexible working can pose.
Through a range of online activities and tailored one-to-one support, school leaders can increase their awareness of the benefits of the full range of flexible working practices available, which can include part-time working, job sharing, home or remote working, phased retirement, and personal/family days.
