Managing Redundancy and Restructure

The agenda of this course will include: The legal framework and the steps involved in redundancy or restructuring. Safer Recruitment - Refresher Course (Accredited Training)

Our training is the latest version of the National Safer It remains a statutory responsibility for at least one person on each appointment panel to have undertaken Safer Recruitment Training. Whilst there is no formal requirement to update this training, we recognise that things do change, and we are therefore offering a refresher session. Mental Health First Aid Refresher

The MHFA Refresher course takes four hours to complete and will enable learners to: Keep their knowledge, awareness, and skills of mental health support current Update their knowledge of mental health and what influences it Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan Once you have completed your MHFA Refresher course, you will be certified for three years and will be invited to become or stay a member of our Association of Mental Health First Aiders – making sure you have everything you need to feel confident when supporting others
